Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior PMs in planning, tracking, and executing multiple projects.
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and quality.
- Prepare and review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation.
- Manage materials, labor forecasts, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively between field and office teams.
- Learn project cost tracking, procurement, and scheduling best practices.
- 3–7 years of experience in low voltage, electrical, or structured cabling.
- Background as a lead tech, foreman, or field supervisor.
- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Familiar with drawings, takeoffs, and submittals.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Exposure to federal contracts (VA, GSA, DoD) or Davis-Bacon / Prevailing Wage work.
- Experience with Procore, Sage, or Accubid.
- OSHA 10 or BICSI certification.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
