Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems.
- Travel to scheduled residential and commercial service calls using a company-provided vehicle.
- Install, repair, and replace electrical equipment, fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, lighting, and other electrical components.
- Provide outstanding customer service while explaining repairs and recommendations in a clear, professional manner.
- Perform work safely and in compliance with all applicable electrical codes and company standards.
- Complete work orders and service documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of electrical service experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of current electrical codes and safety practices
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Familiarity with NEC standards
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools
- Please be prepared to provide your own tools.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- You must be able to pass a drug screening
- Bonus Points for:
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Leadership and mentoring experience
