We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to assist our electrical crews with day-to-day job site tasks. Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Assist electricians and crew leads with material handling, tool preparation, and job site setup/cleanup
- Load, unload, organize, and inventory materials, tools, and equipment
- Dig trenches and perform other general labor as directed
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Operate tools safely under supervision
- Transport materials and equipment between job sites and the warehouse/shop
- Assist with demolition, installation preparation, and cleanup
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Support additional duties as assigned by supervisors or lead electricians
Qualifications
- Prior labor, construction, or trade experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and in confined spaces when needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to obtain pass to gain entry into military base
