Join Our Team as an Outside Sales Representative!
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing electrical services team. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, connecting with customers, and helping homeowners and businesses identify solutions for their electrical needs.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outside sales activities and customer outreach.
- Meet with homeowners and businesses to understand their electrical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Provide professional presentations of electrical services and solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, estimates, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work closely with the office team and service technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally in the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience required
- You must have your own vehicle.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Previous experience in home services, construction, electrical, or a related industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust with customers
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and prioritize tasks
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile technology and basic computer systems
- You must be able to pass a drug screening
