Assistant Gym & Physical Therapy Manager

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients & gym members, helping coordinate appointments, manage communication between patients and providers, and ensure a positive patient experience from check-in to follow-up care.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and a passion for helping others navigate their healthcare journey.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Point-of-sale (POS) and booking systems experience
• Basic understanding of private and Medicare insurance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Help foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture

· Deliver a high-quality patient experience from inquiry through ongoing membership or treatment

· To maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for the enjoyment and welfare of guests and members.

· Lead in all front desk related activities including, answering phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions, check members into the system, new member sign-up, take prospective members on tours and facilitate all member requests, issues and questions.

· Support billing and payment collection processes as needed

· Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
