Responsibilities:
- Champion safety by adhering to all company, manufacturer, and FAA standards.
- Perform and document maintenance in full compliance with the Repair Station Manual (RSM).
- Inspect and report any irregularities or potential hazards to leadership.
- Maintain accountability for tools, parts, and materials to ensure efficient operations.
- Keep the workspace organized and safe for all personnel and equipment.
- Provide detailed progress reports to support smooth shift transitions.
- Stay current on all manual, policy, and procedural updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Hangar Lead or Repair Station Manager.
Requirements:
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Experience with helicopter airframes preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and web-based programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and a proactive mindset.
