Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day aircraft projects within the Part 145 Repair Station.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring updates and satisfaction throughout the project.
- Order, track, and manage parts required for timely project completion.
- Verify accuracy and completion of documentation, including time entries, work orders, and sign-offs.
- Collaborate closely with technicians, avionics teams, and management to meet project milestones.
- Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Oversee final inspections, aircraft delivery, and post-delivery client follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a Part 145 Repair Station environment.
- Proficiency with Corridor or Pentagon software.
- Strong knowledge of heavy maintenance and avionics projects for business jets (Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, Citation).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
