What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Engineer 2 position at Tosca?
We’re hiring an IT Help Desk Engineer II to support our North America HQ team in Midtown Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, supporting executive users, and working on a collaborative IT team.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, on-site Tuesday through Thursday)
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide Tier 2 end-user support for HQ and executive leadership
- Support Windows and macOS environments
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.
- Support laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and conference room AV
- Document and resolve tickets while partnering closely with infrastructure and network teams
What we’re looking for:
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on IT service desk or end-user support experience
- Strong Microsoft Intune experience (this is a requirement)
- Experience providing professional, white-glove support
- Clear communicator with strong documentation habits
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid HQ environment
Additional details:
- Hybrid schedule with on-site work Tuesday through Thursday
- Parking is provided for on-site days
