We’re hiring an IT Help Desk Engineer II to support our North America HQ team in Midtown Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, supporting executive users, and working on a collaborative IT team.


Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, on-site Tuesday through Thursday)


What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide Tier 2 end-user support for HQ and executive leadership
  • Support Windows and macOS environments
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.
  • Support laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and conference room AV
  • Document and resolve tickets while partnering closely with infrastructure and network teams


What we’re looking for:

  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on IT service desk or end-user support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Intune experience (this is a requirement)
  • Experience providing professional, white-glove support
  • Clear communicator with strong documentation habits
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid HQ environment


Additional details:

  • Hybrid schedule with on-site work Tuesday through Thursday
  • Parking is provided for on-site days
