They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up high-rise residential projects and possess a proven track record of success in on-site project management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of ground-up high-rise multi-family projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and project success.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up high-rise residential projects.
