We’re representing a growing GC client in NYC who is looking to bring on a Mid-Level Estimator with 5 years’ experience in commercial interiors. This is a chance to step into a visible role where your input truly shapes projects — not just the numbers, but the outcomes.
The Role
- Produce accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects.
- Review drawings, specs, and MEP documents, ensuring complete and competitive bids.
- Drive value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
- Work closely with PMs, subcontractors, and clients to keep bids sharp and projects moving.
- Support pre-construction strategy and subcontractor buyout.
The Person
- 5 years estimating experience in NYC commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of local market rates and construction methods.
- Skilled with Bluebeam, Planswift, OST, and MS Office.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative GC environment.
