We’re Hiring: Sales Trainer / Sales Manager
Lead from the front. Build people. Launch new markets.
TORQ Coatings is looking for a high-performing Sales Trainer / Sales Manager who is passionate about developing sales professionals while continuing to perform at a high level.
This is a true working leadership role. You’ll coach in the field, run appointments when needed, help launch new markets, and build winning sales teams from the ground up. If you love developing people, creating systems, and helping teams succeed, this is an opportunity to make a major impact.
What You’ll Do
* Recruit, onboard, and train new Design Consultants
* Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching
* Lead sales meetings, trainings, and role-play sessions
* Float between markets to support new office launches and team development
* Fill in on appointments when needed and lead by example
* Coach reps on closing, objection handling, average ticket, and sales process
* Monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable to performance standards
* Partner with leadership to build one of the top in-home sales organizations in the Midwest
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in in-home sales
* Experience training or leading sales teams
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Willingness to travel and spend time in multiple markets
* Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
* Highly organized, competitive, and growth-minded
* Someone who believes the best leaders coach from the field, not behind a desk
Compensation & Benefits
* $70,000-$85,000 base salary
* Performance bonuses and commission opportunities
* On-target earnings of $120,000-$160,000
