TORQ Coatings is one of the fastest-growing concrete coating companies in the Midwest, and we're expanding beyond premium concrete coatings with the launch of an exciting new decorative concrete resurfacing system.
We're looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to help build this new division from the ground up. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy creating beautiful finished products, this is an opportunity to be part of something new while building a long-term career.
As part of our installation team, you'll also have the opportunity to cross-train in our industry-leading concrete coating systems, providing year-round work and additional growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
As a Concrete Finisher, you'll install premium decorative concrete resurfacing systems while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Installation Responsibilities
- Install decorative trowel-applied cement resurfacing systems
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and repair
- Hand trowel and finish surfaces to TORQ quality standards
- Install premium concrete coating systems when needed
- Follow installation procedures and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Customer Experience
- Work efficiently with your crew to complete projects on schedule
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every project
- Represent the TORQ brand with professionalism and craftsmanship
What We're Looking For
We're looking for skilled installers who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher or trowel installer
- Ability to produce smooth, consistent decorative finishes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 75 pounds or more
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with decorative concrete overlays, stamped concrete, microcement, or resurfacing systems
- Experience with concrete coatings or epoxy flooring systems
