The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Production Manager who can own and scale our installation operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality — while leading crews and building strong systems.
If you’re organized, decisive, and take ownership, this is a high-impact role with real growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee daily production operations
- Schedule jobs and crews for maximum efficiency
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to TORQ standards
- Lead, coach, and hold installation crews accountable
- Perform job site visits and quality control checks
- Coordinate with sales and office teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Manage materials, equipment, and job readiness
- Solve problems quickly in the field
- Track KPIs (job completion times, callbacks, crew performance)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in production, construction, or home services management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and crews at once
- Problem solver who takes ownership
- Comfortable working in both field and office environments
- Valid driver’s license
