TORQ Coatings is launching a premium concrete coatings brand, and we’re looking for a Lead Installer / Crew Leaderwho wants more than just a job.

We will train you in our system from the ground up—but we’re looking for someone who wants to lead people, take ownership, and grow into a key role as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a 2–3 person installation crew on residential and light commercial projects
• Execute full coating systems (grind, repair, basecoat, flake, topcoat)
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on spec, and at a high level of quality
• Communicate with homeowners on-site and deliver a great experience
• Manage materials, tools, and job site organization
• Train and develop crew members
• Work closely with leadership to improve systems and efficiency

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
• Willingness to work early mornings and long days as needed
