About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform. In this role, you will manage Workday Core HCM, reporting, system integrations, and HR analytics while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that enhance the employee experience and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Workday Core HCM and related modules.
- Configure workflows, security settings, and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Manage integrations and data flows between Workday and external systems.
- Support integrations with platforms such as Greenhouse, Deel, and other business applications.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Lead system testing, release management, and continuous platform optimization.
- Ensure data integrity and improve HR reporting capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and related modules.
- Experience developing Workday reports and analytics.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, or analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
