Following an onsite training period, a hybrid work schedule will be available.
About the Role
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for configuring and maintaining HR systems, supporting technology initiatives, and ensuring HR applications effectively meet business needs. This role works closely with stakeholders to improve processes, analyze data, and support system enhancements within Workday and other HR platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage business process development, configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance within Workday and other HR systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend effective HR technology solutions.
- Configure system enhancements and support ongoing optimization efforts.
- Create test scripts and document testing scenarios.
- Perform system testing and validate functionality.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system effectiveness and user satisfaction.
- Support additional HRIS and technology-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in HR systems administration, HRIS support, or a related role.
- Experience with Workday configuration preferred.
- Experience creating Workday reports and calculated fields preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
