About the Role
The Financial Analyst is a fully remote position responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, planning, business analysis, and strategic decision support. The role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial information to assess current and future business performance
- Coordinate monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning processes
- Partner with departments and leadership on reporting, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and performance targets
- Conduct P&L analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis, and prepare bridge commentary
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses and management presentations
- Recommend improvements to financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Identify and communicate financial discrepancies or unsupported financial conditions
- Provide financial consulting related to pricing and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
