The Successful Candidate Will Bring
- Strong budgeting and forecasting experience
- A solid accounting and financial reporting foundation
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages used by leadership teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms
- Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
- Assist with financial modeling, cost analysis, and operational performance reporting
- Partner with leaders across multiple departments to gather, interpret, and communicate business insights
- Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and system utilization
- Support month-end reporting and accounting-related analysis activities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel skills including modeling, scenario analysis, and financial reporting
- Experience with Power BI, D365, ERP systems, or similar reporting platforms
- Strong understanding of financial statements and how operational activities impact financial performance
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations to leadership
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset
