About the Role
The Data Entry Product Support representative participates in in-home product testing projects while documenting product usage, completing surveys, and providing detailed consumer feedback. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work with no prior experience required. Successful candidates will accurately follow testing instructions, maintain detailed records, and contribute valuable insights that help improve consumer products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Product Testing
- Participate in assigned in-home product testing projects.
- Use products according to provided testing guidelines and schedules.
- Handle testing materials responsibly throughout each project.
- Follow all project instructions to ensure accurate test results.
- Complete assigned testing activities within established timelines.
Data Entry & Documentation
- Record product testing observations accurately and consistently.
- Complete digital journals, surveys, and feedback forms.
- Upload required documentation, including photos, videos, audio recordings, and screenshots.
- Maintain organized records for each testing assignment.
- Ensure all submitted information is complete and accurate.
Consumer Feedback
- Provide honest, detailed, and objective product evaluations.
- Write product reviews and user experience summaries.
- Participate in questionnaires and market research surveys.
- Share feedback that supports product improvements and development.
- Contribute meaningful insights based on personal product usage.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with project coordinators when needed.
- Participate in online discussions or research forums when required.
- Respond promptly to project-related communications.
- Follow all testing procedures and confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate professionally throughout each assignment.
Technology & Administrative Support
- Use computers, smartphones, or tablets to complete project tasks.

- Support data collection activities using approved technology tools.
Qualifications
