We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Parts Manager to build our parts business from the ground up. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and delegate; we need a self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves and do it yourself" attitude. You will be the architect of our parts division, responsible for establishing processes, managing international vendor relationships, and driving profitability.

- Build from Scratch: Architect and scale the parts business division from the ground up, taking full ownership of its growth and profitability.
- International Sourcing & Communication: Handle direct dealings with manufacturers and vendors in China. This requires relentless follow-up, clear communication, and the ability to navigate time zones and cultural business practices.
- Process Creation: Develop, implement, and continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire parts lifecycle.
- Pricing Strategy & Management: Determine competitive, profitable pricing structures. Keep meticulous records, track margin fluctuations, and adjust pricing catalogs as needed.
- Inventory Control: Manage and track all inventory accurately. Ensure we have the right parts in stock at the right time without over-leveraging capital.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly between sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure the parts division supports broader company goals.
- The Right Attitude: A true self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You must be willing to dive into the weeds and execute tasks yourself.
- Advanced Excel Skills: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. You must be comfortable with complex formulas, data manipulation, and building tracking spreadsheets from scratch.
