The Role We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Product Manager to take ownership of the PRORUN product lifecycle. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between our international manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics, and our U.S. sales teams. You will drive product strategy, optimize pricing, and ensure total operational readiness from the factory floor to the customer’s hands.
Key Responsibilities * Market & Product Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive landscaping, and regular "comp shops" to identify market trends. Drive the product roadmap by identifying market gaps and recommending new products for development or portfolio addition.
- Pricing & Financial Management: Analyze marketplace dynamics and price elasticity to establish highly competitive, profitable pricing structures. Maintain a firm grasp on product margins and overall business unit profitability.
- Technical Documentation & Localization: Oversee the technical editing and localization of user manuals, packaging, and product documentation sourced from our overseas manufacturing partners. Ensure all materials are translated into clear, accurate, and professional English tailored for the U.S. consumer.
- Supply Chain & Forecasting: Navigate and manage long-lead international supply chains. Collaborate closely with operations to develop accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Lifecycle Management & Process Creation: Develop, implement, and continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire product lifecycle. Create and enforce rigorous pre-launch checklists and go-to-market strategies long before new products arrive at the warehouse.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly between sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure the product division is perfectly aligned with broader company goals.
