Pay: $62/hour (40 hours/week)

Calculated Hire is seeking a Program / Portfolio Reporting Analyst to support a Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex program data into meaningful insights that support executive decision-making across large enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive-level analytics
• Monitor program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial performance
• Partner with program leaders, product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Support governance routines, portfolio reviews, and executive reporting
• Track risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple initiatives
• Deliver strategic insights, forecasting, and value realization reporting
• Improve reporting processes through automation and reporting tools
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in program reporting, portfolio analytics, PMO reporting, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience supporting large, cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills
• Ability to communicate complex information to executive stakeholders
• Experience building scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred experience includes enterprise governance, PMO methodologies, portfolio management frameworks, operational transformation, process engineering, or AI-enabled initiatives.
