Job Summary
This is a full-time position in the Human Resources Department, reporting to the Human Resources Manager.
This position will provide daily support to the other members of HR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruiting, Direct Hiring
- Assists in Building Orientation Classes
- Coordinates Monthly One on One's with Associates
- Coordinates Round Table Meetings
- Create and Issue Employee Badges
- Celebrations and Condolences
- Uniform shirt orders
- Reconcile Weekly Invoices
- Assists in Inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Working, practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
Previous HR experience preferred. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to function with limited supervision. The ability to multi-task is essential, and problem-solving skills are required. This position requires the ability to maintain complete confidentiality. Occasionally weekend work will be required for HR functions.
Shift
- Monday through Friday
- 6am-3:30pm, 7:30am-5pm, 9a-6:30pm (Rotating Schedule)
- Overtime and weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
