Role Overview

We’re in hyper-growth mode and looking for highly driven, execution-focused people who are ready to own the full sales cycle.

You will own the full sales cycle: from lead sourcing and outreach, to booking meetings, follow-ups, and closing $10k–$50k contracts.

You’ll work with company-provided leads, but you’re also expected to proactively source your own prospects and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and qualify prospects via Event, Email, LinkedIn, and outbound channels
  • Conduct outreach using company leads and book demo / intro meetings
  • Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Manage and update the CRM pipeline with consistent follow-ups
  • Collect client feedback, handle objections, and support delivery to drive renewals and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine pitch decks, scripts, and lead-gen strategies
  • Translate customer needs into insights to help iterate product, service, and solutions
Requirements
  • Highly execution-driven and self-motivated
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proactive personality; comfortable with cold outreach
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and handles pressure well
  • Interested in AI, SaaS, SEO, and growth tools
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Sales, BD, SDR/BDR, or Customer Success
  • Familiar with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot
  • Startup experience or full-cycle deal ownership
  • Knowledge of SEO/GEO, Google Ads, or AI search logic (e.g., ChatGPT search behavior)
Compensation
  • Base: $4,000–$5,500 / month (based on experience)
  • Commission: Uncapped
  • Equity: $20k–$50k in equity incentives, based on performance within the first 3 months
  • Hotel subsidy during first week
  • Lunch and dinner allowance on workdays
