This is a true founding seat: you'll influence Topify's tech stack, product direction, and engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities- Build core product surfaces end-to-end (full-stack, fast).
- Design scalable architecture for our AI Visibility platform.
- Integrate LLMs, retrieval pipelines, structured content systems.
- Own features from concept → design → implementation → iteration.
- Drive engineering decisions without needing heavy guidance.
- Set the pace: rapid prototyping, rapid shipping, rapid refactoring.
- 4 years full-stack experience
- Strong with TypeScript, React, Node/Bun, Postgres
- Fast execution, high quality bar
- Solid system design skills
- Startup mentality: high ownership, bias for action, low ego
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic systems
- Infra/DevOps familiarity
- Product sense and taste
- Prior founding engineer or early-stage startup experience
- Build a new product line from 0-1
- Work directly with the founders, ship without bureaucracy.
- High autonomy high impact.
