Top Tier Reps is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate on behalf of a top national law firm to join its growing Financial Services & Capital Markets group. This remote position is based in Florida (Southwest Florida preferred). The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience, is actively licensed in Florida, and currently practices within the state.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in both state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions, argue motions, and attend mediations
- Provide second-chair support in trials or arbitrations
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on high-stakes litigation
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial litigation (required)
- Currently practicing in Florida with an active Florida Bar license (required)
- Experience with both state and federal courts; arbitration/administrative matters a plus
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Second-chair trial or arbitration experience (preferred)
- Background in construction litigation (preferred)
- Judicial clerkship experience, especially in federal court, is a plus

Salary & Benefits
- Base salary between $175,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience
