What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Associate position at Stargate HR, Inc?
We are working with a successful Nationwide, Construction Litigation Firm to fill the role of a Commercial Litigation Associate for their in Tampa Bay office. Previous experience in Insurance will be considered. This is a fast growing firm in which the associate will have the opportunity to come in as a partner.
The Attorney will be working alongside with the firm's partners conducting, litigation, collections – construction equipment to GC’s and subs, when they don’t pay, they turn it over to us to pursue (not consumer debt collections) – review contracts for clients, take depos, attend hearings and move towards handling trials w/a partner and on their own in years to come.
Requirements
A minimum of 4yrs in Commercial Litigation is required.
