This is a hands-on role where you will manage a diverse caseload of construction and commercial disputes from intake through resolution. You will have the opportunity to represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations, as well as draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who can manage a caseload with minimal oversight while also collaborating effectively with shareholders, associates, and a supportive administrative team.
Key Qualifications
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction-related matters.
- Florida Bar admission required.
- Strong academic background from an accredited law school.
- Excellent research, drafting, and courtroom skills.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to manage a steady caseload.
