Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Actively manage leads, customer base and new customer acquisition
- Prospect and develop new business relationships
- Understand each customer's needs to provide effective and timely solutions
- Deliver stellar customer service
- Guide team development with established coaching and training techniques
Sales Team Leader Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in sales , inside sales or customer relationship management
- Exceptional poise when managing customer relations

Daily Responsibilities:
- Close sales for prospective customers
- Provide efficient solutions to customer inquiries
- Ensure the team is hitting established goals
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with changing trends
- Complete sales operational requirements
- Drive sales development, meeting or exceeding specific quotas
- Ensure compliance to standard operating procedure
- Act as a resource for junior staff members
- Be a merchant mastermind analyzing trends and optimal product assortments
- Navigate the evolving retail landscape
- Guide a team collaborating closely with other departments
