Top Tier is seeking a Sales Management Trainee for our offices in Saint Louis, MO.
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will be responsible for generating new leads and upselling existing accounts. Our company will provide you with full training on our products and services. The Sales Management Trainee will work directly with Top Tier’s industry-leading technical support and development teams to deliver our solutions.

Sales Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Actively manage clients leads that include a large, pre-existing customer base.
- Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
- Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Team development with coaching and training techniques
Sales Management Trainee Preferred Requirements:
- Relevant field of study or at least one year of experience is preferred.
- Ability to identify, qualify and close accounts
- Thrives in a team setting - sports mentality in providing results
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
- Experience in a customer-centric internship or role.
