Retail Associate - Team Associate

As a member of our Retail Team you’ll provide excellent customer service and be part of a workplace where no two days are the same. The Sales Associate is also an expert in all facets of product knowledge, including features, benefits, packages, services, usage, design, and care. In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers, support daily store operations, and help create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.

Retail Associate Duties:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, including features, benefits, and usage
• Support sales efforts through customer engagement and suggestive selling
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet store goals
• Promote customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience

Retail Associate Candidate Attributes:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Retail Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to reach, bend, and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom
• Must be able to work on-site in Saint Louis, MO
