Our client, a leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic team in San Francisco/Bay Area. This is a full time, great opportunity to work alongside top attorneys on complex, high-impact litigation matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive case support throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeal. You’ll play an active role in case development, document management, and trial preparation while working closely with attorneys, experts, and co-counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case workflow, discovery, and document production
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
- Research case law, statutes, and court rules
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation, depositions, and hearings
- Oversee docketing and maintain trial calendars
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved preferred)
- Must meet California Business & Professions Code §6450 requirements
- 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of discovery, trial procedures, and California court rules
- Must have experience on projects pertaining some or all of the following Patent Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, and IP
- Proficient in litigation software (Relativity, Concordance, or similar)
- Excellent writing, organization, and time management skills
