Responsibilities / Qualifications
- leadership experience in an outdoor environment (waste, recycling, mining, scrap demolition, etc)
- experience separating materials
- inventory tracking ability using a computer database
- comfortable purchasing experience including the ability to maintain vendor relationships
- familiar with material movement in and out of yard and site to site
- ability to operate forklift and scale
- hands-on leadership style
- champion of safety
- goal orientated
- operationally focused
- mechanically inclined (knowledge of conveyors and motors)
- effective communication skills with coworkers, vendors, and customers
