Client Success and Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Success & Operations Coordinator to join our growing back office team! As our business with a major national retail account continues to grow, we need an organized, dependable person to be the central point of contact between our field operations and back office. If you enjoy working with numbers and people and like keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for back office operations
• Prepare weekly operational summaries and reports for our leadership team
• Track performance reports
• Coordinate administrative paperwork across multiple retail locations
• Work closely with our team on customer communication and resolving issues
• Support operational compliance and help us find ways to improve our processes
• Keep communication clear and consistent between our field operations and back office

We are looking for someone who has:

• [2 ] years of experience in operations coordination, account coordination, billing or office administration
• Experience with invoicing, billing or accounts receivable
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort building reports
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several locations and priorities at once
• A proactive, problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset

It's a plus if you have:

• Experience supporting a large retail or big-box account, including vendor portals
• A background in logistics, manufacturing or distribution
