Job Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience and a proven record of long-term, stable employment. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all case management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation.
• Summarize depositions, medical records, discovery responses, and other key documents.
• Manage deadlines, court calendars, and document production.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness coordination and trial exhibits.
• Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing systems (including e-filing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, document management software, and legal research tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
