We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Safety & Training Manager to lead workplace safety, compliance, training, and employee wellness initiatives across operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead safety programs, training, and compliance initiatives across manufacturing and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety standards through audits, reporting, and process improvements
- Manage workplace incidents, workers’ compensation processes, and safety investigations
- Coordinate employee safety training, onboarding, and compliance programs
- Support emergency preparedness, safety committees, ergonomic assessments, and risk mitigation efforts
- Partner with leaders to improve workplace safety performance and employee awareness
Qualifications
- 2 years of safety experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional language skills a plus
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems preferred
