What You'll Do
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation activities.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting efforts.
- Support employee relations, policy administration, and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with managers on staffing and workforce needs.
- Assist with HR reporting, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Human Resources experience.
- Strong background in payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
