Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Exposure to cost and inventory accounting
- Experience supporting audits and internal controls
- Knowledge of ISO standards and OSHA documentation requirements
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting operations experience, ideally within manufacturing and multi-site operations
- Hands-on experience with INFOR ERP system
