Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger, complete bank reconciliations, and other full cycle accounting responsibilities
- Manage and train a small team
- Review current accounting processes and establish better procedures moving forward
Qualifications
- 5 years of accounting experience within professional services or legal environment
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
- Experience managing cash flow and trust/IOLTA accounts (NJ IOLTA compliance experience is required)
