Overview
Seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, support production teams, and ensure safety, quality, and output goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production employees and daily workflow.
- Coordinate staffing and production priorities.
- Monitor output, quality, scrap, downtime, and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable.
- Ensure compliance with safety and production procedures.
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues.
- Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain production records and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Previous Production Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar experience.
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes.
- Effective leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lean/5S and ERP/MRP systems preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions, production documentation, and drawings.
Preferred Background
High-volume manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, forming, production scheduling, root cause analysis, and equipment troubleshooting.
