Customer Service Representative
Location: Lexington KY
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: 35-45K DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Use the ERP system to generate accurate quotations and manage customer orders efficiently
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships
- Source and purchase parts according to client specifications while coordinating with vendors
- Maintain precise records of quotes, orders, and customer information in internal systems
- Monitor order progress and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Follow company procedures, develop professional communication skills, and gradually become a dependable point of contact for customers
