We’re partnering with a Japanese Industrial Solutions provider who is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their Inside Sales team in Itasca IL. This position provides a pathway to future advancement within the Inside Sales team.
Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Salary: 40K-45K
Status: Full Time Direct Hire Non-Exempt
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers by preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to provide timely responses and maintain positive relationships.
- Learn and navigate our ERP and CRM systems to ensure smooth daily operations
- Accurately operate the ERP system to prepare quotes, process orders, and manage data flow.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics, and colleagues to resolve routine order or delivery issues and to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and provide responsive, reliable service
Qualifications:
- Strong desire and ability to learn new processes quickly
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Gmail, ERP systems, CRM tools, and related software
