Front Desk / Office Assistant (Hybrid)
Full-Time | W-2 | At-Will Employment | Sandy, Utah
Starting Pay: $16–$18/hour DOE
We are hiring a reliable, friendly Front Desk / Office Assistant to help keep our real estate office running smoothly.
This is a great role for someone who is organized, dependable, good with people, and comfortable handling basic office tasks without needing a lot of supervision. We are not looking for someone overly technical — we need someone consistent, professional, and easy to work with.
What You’ll Do
• Greet agents, clients, and guests
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Help keep the front office clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with basic paperwork, scanning, filing, and office admin tasks
• Help route questions to the right team member
• Support day-to-day office operations as needed
• Help prepare for office meetings, trainings, and events
• Help coordinate broker meetings, calendars, and schedules across all office locations
Help plan, pull data and celebrate top Agents and their Awards

Salary : $16 - $20
