- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Plant and Soil Science, or related field required
- Five or more years of experience in agronomy operations
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (CDL with HazMat preferred)
- State of Illinois Commercial Applicator License preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
