Grain Elevator Superintendent
Top Ag Cooperative is hiring a Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee daily grain operations across multiple grain locations. This role leads hourly staff in safe, efficient grain handling, quality control, equipment maintenance, and rail/truck loading operations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and hold team members accountable to Top Ag's core values and safety standards
- Oversee grain inventory, quality, and facility/equipment maintenance
- Coordinate rail loading and truck receiving operations
- Train, develop, and manage hourly operations employees
What You'll Need:
- Associate's degree in Ag Business, Ag Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of leadership experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on, outdoor work
- Valid driver's license
Working Conditions: Combination of outdoor and office environment; seasonal/overtime hours required.
