What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent (Experienced) position at Toonen Consulting LLC?

- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet prospects, and conduct property tours.
- Adhere to company policies, fair housing laws, core values of Toonen Companies, and tenant-landlord regulations.
- Explain policies, community rules, and lease terms to residents.
- Address resident needs, including service requests and move-out procedures.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure rule compliance.
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the property.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote the property and attract new residents.
- 3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (we pay for mileage).
- Ability to work independently and with a team.

Candidates with direct relevant experience in the property management field may start at a pay rate higher than what is posted here.
