Business Relationship Manager

Toonen Consulting is partnering with Easy Home Sale, a growing real estate investment company, to hire a Business Relationship Manager to join their team. This role focuses on developing relationships with agents, brokers, wholesalers, and other referral sources. The goal is simple: build a strong network that consistently brings in deals.
What you’ll do:
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
• Attend networking events and industry meetups
• Generate off-market deal opportunities
• Work with acquisitions to evaluate deals
• Track activity and follow up consistently
What we’re looking for:
• Highly social and relationship-driven
• Confident starting conversations with new people
• Self-motivated and consistent
• Comfortable with networking and events
Sales or real estate experience is helpful, but not required.
Compensation:
• $60,000 base
• $350 per deal
• $70,000 – $80,000 expected earnings
