What you’ll do
- Greet and connect with prospective residents
- Tour apartments and community spaces
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
- Process applications and leases accurately and on time
- Help keep listings up to date
- Support community activities and resident engagement
- Serve as a friendly, dependable resource for residents
What we’re looking for
- Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and online
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Interest in growing within property management
