Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct apartment showings
- Assist current residents with questions and general support
- Coordinate resident functions in the clubhouse
- Perform light clubhouse cleaning as needed
- Scan and process checks
- Post notices and assist with basic administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with prospective and current residents
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, scanning, and administrative tasks
