From writing job ads that make people want to apply, to building an employer brand that reflects who we really are, our Talent Acquisition team is where people strategy meets creativity. And that's where you come in. 

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern to join our P&C team in Amsterdam. If you're excited about recruitment, employer branding, data-driven hiring, and making Tony's a place where the best and most diverse talent wants to work, this is your backstage pass. 

Here's what you'll learn: 

• Recruitment and selection. Learn the steps of an end-to-end unbiased recruitment process: from strategy meeting to signed contract, including CV screening, structured interviewing, and assessing culture add and potential. 

• Job marketing and sourcing. Learn how to write inclusive and compelling job ads, discover relevant marketing platforms and channels, and learn how to use sourcing to proactively reach specific talent. 

• Data. Get familiar with recruitment metrics and how to analyze data to improve the hiring process. 

• Employer branding. Learn what internal and external employer branding is, why it matters, and how to create authentic stories that reflect our company's values and mission. 

• Project management. Learn and contribute to a small improvement project end-to-end (with coaching and support from your manager), including planning, mapping stakeholders, and rolling out the approach. 

• Stakeholder management. Practice how to communicate updates and manage expectations with hiring managers and panels throughout the hiring process. 

Here's what you'll do: 

This isn't a "shadow and observe" internship. Here's what's on the table: 

• Internship Recruitment Autumn '27: Run the internship recruitment and selection process for the Autumn 2027 cohort end-to-end, including planning, advertising, selecting, and hiring a diverse group of NL-based interns. 

• Diversity & Inclusion: Identify opportunities to increase diversity and inclusion in our hiring processes. 

• Talent Support: Support the talent team with writing job ads, CV screening, and talent mapping to identify and hire top, diverse talent. 

• Junior Role Hiring: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a junior role (with support and coaching), including conducting talent screens, assessing motivation and fit, salary negotiation, and offer acceptance. 

• Employer Branding Content: Support the creation of employer branding and recruitment marketing content such as updating career sites, LinkedIn pages, internal career spotlights, and external social posts. 

• Occasionally support the wider People & Culture and Office teams with ad hoc tasks and projects when needed.   

Job requirements: 

• You're studying Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field. 

• Raise the bar. Challenge yourself and team Tony's to increase our ambition and to accomplish our mission. Make mistakes along the way and learn from them.

Here are the hard facts: 

• Starting on 1 February 2027, you'll be part of our Tony's team for 6 months. 

• We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in our Amsterdam office on average 3 days a week. More is fine! 

• You'll be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in a school for the duration of the internship.

• You'll have 14 vacation days over the six-month period, and we'll provide you with a monthly €550 internship allowance for a full-time (40h) internship. 

• Our office in Amsterdam Houthavens is a truly sweet workspace: you'll enjoy a fresh and tasty lunch, and plenty of snacks. We know how to work hard, but we also know how to have fun. And of course, you get to take home as much chocolate as you can carry.
